Since 1989, Windermere offices have raised millions of dollars to help provide a bed, a roof, food and emotional support for countless homeless families in our communities through the Windermere Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Every time a Windermere sales associate completes a transaction, a portion of the commission goes directly to the Windermere Foundation. Salaried employees, Windermere owners and the public also make contributions. The funds raised are distributed back to the individual communities to be put to work locally. The Windermere Foundation has helped fund emergency and transitional shelter projects, financed renovations of existing facilities and provided funding for employment counseling and daycare for families in need.
