Tim Bruce admisters this site. Tim’s brother, Will, a licensed real estate broker owns and manages Windermere Real Estate/SBA, Inc. The office is on Woodinville’s “main street.” Will’s been in the real estate business for upward to thirty-five years. Decades back, Will’s father (and Tim’s father) started in the real estate profession in Lil’ Ole Lake City. Will carried on the family business when our father, Bill, retired to Camano Island to build homes for himself. Seen below in beard and tux, Dad was more often seen clean shaven and was as comfortable in a carpenter’s bib as he was in a business suit.
Tim, the prodigal son of the family, recently joined brother Will in what we call the “family” business. We’re second generation real estate people. The business that Dad started as William W. Bruce Company is now a Windermere office thanks to tons of hard work by my precious brother, Will. Tim is factotum for the family firm, a licensed agent, and an active member of the Washington State Bar.
