As of late July, 2009.
For NWMLS Area 600 (Woodinville/Juanita), we see an active market for the popular priced (up to $300,000) homes. It looks and feels like a seller’s market: more limited inventory, multiple offers, competition among buyers, the need to move quickly on good homes, full priced offers (at least).
In the $500 to $600 thousand range, we observe a slower market with Seller’s still waiting on market for longer periods, fewer buyers interested, and concessions necessary to sell. Here the “buyer’s market” persists.
